Julies Garden is not a traditional pho restaurant - it's more a Chinese restaurant that happens to serve pho. But they pho they serve is great stuff. They have a variation on pho called "spicy chicken pho" which I highly recommend. It's a variation because it includes a ton of veggies that are usually not found in pho, such as celery, mushrooms, tomato chunks, and even a few pineapple chunks for added flavor. It sounds odd, but tastes awesome - the flavors balance out the spiciness very well.
