This restaurant puts on a fake atmosphere and tries to be professional instead of simply selling good food, A bowl of Pho starts at around $8.00 and costs more with different cuts of meat. Unfortunately, the bowls are small, the broth is rather bland, and you only get a small serving of vegetables. The last time I went to this restaurant, they were out of limes and served me a lemon to put in my soup. If I'm paying almost ten dollars for a bowl of soup, I shouldn't have to skimp on the lime.
I wouldn't recommend this to any serious Pho fan. You'll just feel cheated after it's over.

6/14/09: I agree COMPLETELY with the evaluation made by "anonymous" regarding this restaurant - I can't go any further than to say "it's....okay" regarding the quality of the pho here. I can DEFINITELY tell you, "It is NOT worth the $8.73 that you're charged." I did indeed feel cheated when I left.
