My mother and I are usuals. The owner is very nice to us and gives us free things on occasion. The food overall is phenomenal for the price.

Pho Horn is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Rhode Island. Excellent food and service. Plenty of tables in a variety of sizes for parties large and small. Window seating makes for excellent people watching. I've had many fun social gatherings here, as well as gotten plenty of work done thanks to all the staff at Pho Horn. Delicious typical Vietnamese cuisine with unique flavors of caramel sauces, lemon grass sauce, curry ... as well as the Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup). My family and I were impressed with their presentation: one dish with plenty of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and peppers; one dish with napkin and utensils. We did not use all the veggies that they gave us. In addition, the beef broth tasted so fresh and not fatty. Pho Horn is one of our favorite table in Rhode Island - a reservation is absolutely unnecessary. Everything was perfect from the starter until we leave... we got a real good meal and enjoyed the evening we expected. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone ..."
