I had #1. The noodles were clumped in the bottom of the bowl and obviously was there for a while when the broth was poured over it. The middle of the mass was stuck together and had to be separated in the hot broth. The beef slices were thin and tough. Broth was excellent. Service great. A slightly bigger bowl would have been nice.

Broth was cloyingly sweet, but noodles were nicely al dente. Rare steak was overcooked because they won't serve it on the side. Tendon and beef balls were very good, though.
The bowl was decidedly average, but the serving size was pitifully small for the price ($8 for the regular size) which knocks my satisfaction down from a 3 to 2.

Grilled prawns are off the hook and love love the rice.
