In downtown SLC there is no better place to get Pho. Cindy Lee is lame compared to it.
Get the V7 - Vermicelli Noodle Salad or the V15 Pho Tai.
The Noodle salad comes in a bowl, not on a plate like Cindy Lee does :P
The Basil, Limes, Jalepeno, Sprouts are always the freshest because the owner also happens to own the supermarket right next door. :)
Oh and you also get all the fixins you want at the table. Chili Oil, Hoisin sauce, Tuong Ot Toi and Tuong Ot Shrirancha! Just like a good noodle place should have.

The spicy Pho with tripe was most likely the best 5 of us went & we all ordered different Pho. Each retained their distinct taste.
The art is pretty awesome, it was clean, good service, but some of the furnishings need updating if they want to attract non-traditional customers.
I am definitely going back. So far I have heard this is the best Pho in Utah and reminded me of MN pretty well.

I would not give a five star rating to a vietnamese restaurant that did not have any summer rolls to offer...three stars tops...more of a chinese restaurant than vietnamese.

I have been to this place only once. The service was good, and the pho was alright, but the broth was too sweet.
