I think Pho Tai is God's greatest food. I had my first dish of Pho tai at Pho Vy when they opened may 2007. I was pregnant with my first son, and ate there 2-3 times a week. Cindy the cashier & head hostess is a wonderful woman with great family values that has a way with regulars. Her parents make the most sensational Cha Gio I've laid taste buds on. Her 3 kids also are helpful, and they love other children! 5 stars to an amazing choice of food, family, and fellowship prepared from the Nguyens!
