This was an incredible find during a recent trip to Louisville. The pho was delicious, with a delicate, complex broth, accompanied by the absolutely freshest vegetables. Was I ever surprised to have the proprietor serve not only the expected basil (along with sliced chili peppers, lime, and bean sprouts) but also saw leaf herb, which I had heard about but had never had an opportunity to try -- even though I've ordered pho in several different states. This was pho at its finest -- authentic and served with such hospitality that I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the area. Check it out if you like real (non-Americanized) pho. Highly recommended!
