Be-Le's food is a nice bowl of soup although you have to request the veggie/sprout plate separate. The owner is well known and has several letters and articles from the White House and area magazines of praise of the Food. They have been in business since the early 1980's.The atmosphere is quiet mid-range price and mid-range in casualness jeans okay. The menu has some other items like imperial (raw) spring rolls but they can be a bit overpriced. It's one of the nicer pho houses in Tulsa.
