The service is very nice and professional, although a little bit slow. The Pho is top notch. I would give it a 9 out of 10.

The pho place nearest to me was the one in Plainfield, I think the name was Pho Quyen, which closed for business recently. This forced me to find other alternatives - viola! found this place through this website. What a joy - even closer to my house now. Food was EXCELLENT! service was great. The waiter even suggested additional meat to add to my pho, can't remember what it was called.

The ownership just added a couple of heads to the staff. That means you get your delicious Pho faster and get out faster. By far, this is one of the best quality Pho in New Jersey. You can tell by the regulars that show up. The owner knows them all by name. You don't see this type of loyalty unless the quality is excellent. Good job Pho Ha Long! See you soon.
dissapointed fan
I believe they changed ownership for the worse here. Was there twice now when I did not see the original owner (who was a workaholic and was always there). The prices went up, quality and quantity went down. Kitchen was noisy to the point of being unprofessional. Pho did not have the same aroma. I am very disappointed since we came to this place about once every 2 weeks. Not sure of where to go for quality now.
