Don't order their sandwich. Stale bread, the bread can make or break a great Viet sandwich, Pho Binh bread was just terrible. The noodles and broth are decent.
Pho Phan
I've driven by this place numerous times and finally had time to stop in today. It was busy inside, and the people stopping in while I was there seemed to be regulars who were warmly welcomed by the owner/server. The broth was delicious, as were the noodles and vegetables. I got the pho tai chin, and I must say that the meat was a little tough and flavorless. I would definitely go back and try something other than the beef/brisket varieties. Good pho broth and oodles are more important to me than anything. I will definitely come back here, and perhaps would give pho tai chin a second chance.
