Pho Hoang has been in its current location for close to 20 years. This is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant serving southern style pho. This particular location is, and for some reason, always busy sometimes having resulting in long line-ups. To my dismay, and after many visits, their noodles are never consistent. They're either very soggy, clumpy, or just right. The broth, again, is the same. It's either very old and has a strange taste to it, or on the other hand, fresh and tasty. It's very hit or miss at this location but if you're in the SoMa area, I this isn't too bad of a restaurant.
