The number one complaint I have with Pho restaurants is that they don't seem to care about beverage refills and they serve small drinks to begin with. When you are eating hot soup during summer and the air conditioning is less than adequate, a cold beverage is mandatory. That rant aside, this place is very good. It is larger than most with a good volume of customers. The ammount of meat served in the Tai is higher than others I have visited and I actually ran out of noodles before meat. I gave a 4 for meat because of gristle content although it is so thin that it doesn't really matter. I also gave a 4 for vegetables because of lack of variety although they all seem to have a lack of variety so maybe I'm looking for something that doesn't exsist. Anyway, check it out, you won't regret it.

I go here all the time since it's really close to my place. Service is so so, but you're not going for the service, you're going for the pho! It's usually quite fast, and you don't have to wait very long for your steaming bowl of noodles. The broth is very good although they sometimes skimp on the meat. Some days you'll get a bit more meat than others. Price is on par with other restaurants.

I was just here (5/23/08) at 5:15 pm.

1: Three things I would like to see here are less tables and chairs; it was way too crowded, our family can't hardly walk to our table without touching others on their backs. to sit with family.

2: Since I don't speak Vietnamese, I wish the waitress could take time listening to a foreigner's asked for and never got it.

3: In most Pho places, why it is that utensils always smell like they been washed with bleach?

4: The bean sprouts are little darken and we never got any jalapenos.

5: Noodles that we were given were little on the squishy.

Those are my opinion with Pho Ha; I may give them another chance.

I had Pho for the first time ever 1/2011 and just feel in love with it! My husband found this place near by and so we tried it out. The place looks run down but we looked past that.
The first waiter was nice and let us look over the menu but the second one was rude! When we asked about the drinks all he did was point at the menu. He made us feel like we shouldn't be there. We didn't even order and left. I hear the Pho is good but the service is just awful. How I see it, I want to eat at a place that wants my service and is willing to answer any questions one might have. I will never go there again or try it out. If you like good service do not go here!
