I'm from Long Beach, California as well as Orange County. I was excited to see a place to get some Pho so I stopped here and got myself a bowl of pho and bun.
For the pho, everything was ok but the noodle seem to be quite overcooked.
The Bun was the same, overcooked noodle. The BBQ pork that came with the bun was great, but for both of these dishes the overcooked noodle was a big let down for me.

Very good pho, especially for Indy. Even though the restaurant is in a bland, ugly area, the inside is very welcoming and feels like a true pho joint; the staff is super friendly and seems happy to be doing business. With the pho itself, the essentials are right on point: the broth is meaty, savory, and slightly sweet, the rare beef melts in your mouth (even though it appears to be a slightly lower quality beef, based on color), and the noodles are cooked perfectly. My only complaint is about portion size - I could have used a little bit more beef and noodles for 8 bucks. However, the flavor and quality in the end makes it worth it.
