Pho Binh Minh has become one of our favorite restaurants. Not only is the food most wonderful to the taste, we are always delighted at how fresh and healthy everything is. Eating healthy is very important to us and this terrific little restaurant continues to delight us. The owners and their sons are top-notch, too. We're lovin' this place! Hope you give it a try. You'll be pleased, indeed.

If you like pho,then you should try Pho Binh Minh. I've been enjoying this place.The restaraunt-family operated, very clean and the food exceptionally yummy. It's located in a strip mall area near JoAnn's fabrics (off Hall Blvd in Tigard). Try it you'll like it.

Just recently discovered this place and was delightfully surprised. Their broth is flavorful, the service is quick, the portions plentiful and the cost in the low to middle range. Highly recommend you try it.
