Best Pho in Mira Mesa at this time. Nice atmosphere and interior decore. Employees looked happy and service was fast as well as accurate. The excellent appetizers and beverages helped this pho restaurant receive a 8.25 out of 10 on our satisfaction scale.

Pho is average, but good discount on the yogurt shop next door. A little bit lack of customer service.

Of all the pho places in San Diego, this place has the most MSG. Agreed MSG is a must in enhancing food quality, but too much can cause serious problem. After couple times visiting Cow Cali w/ my co-workers, we have to stop going here due to severe thirst after eating. Pho Hoa is still our favorite.
