hands down the best pho restautant i've ever been to. i'm vietnamese so i know my pho. i know san jose pho and socal westminster pho.
pho hoa hiep is easily the best. i bring everyone (my white friends) to this place and i convert them like it's nothing. the broth is excellent, noodles are good. the meat is fine. prices are good.
do yourself a favor if you're in the bay area and find one of the stores in the chain.

Quick service, and jam packed with asians, which is a good sign! One of the best pho restaurants I've ever been too, and I've been to Seattle and Portland. Wish I could return.
