I found Pho Nguyen soon after I moved to Oregon last fall. It was excellent! Clean, fast service. Terrific food and great staff, all at good prices. The lean brisket is just that, too: lean! Other places advertise "lean brisket" but this place means it...thank you!
I've been trying other places, between Sherwood and Portland downtown, and so far Pho Nguyen is still tops! I go there whenever I can.
