This is not your typical pho shop. The restaurant and bar are clean and stylish. The great setting had me very excited for a great bowl of pho but the pho turned out to be disappointing. It seemed that the broth had not been strained in cheesecloth leaving globs of fat floating at the surface. The broth was cloudy and had a weak flavor. Overall - excellent presentation but poor flavor. I hope it was an off day because the restaurant was so nice; I'll try again soon.
Pho Man
The broth is not as "bright" as many people are used to due to the fact that they DON'T USE MSG!! It's straight up broth without that wierd flavor of other pho. This place is damn good and priced nicely. They also serve some interesting starter chips with the snap crackle pop of rice crispies.

The Pho did not have a good taste. The broth was oily and the huge chunks of chicken were tough!

Disappointing. This was not authentic pho. The broth had very little flavor and no complexity at all. A bowl is $10, extra vegetables are $1.50, which was kinda good, but overall it was pretty tasteless. I will not be back.
Stranded
Sadly, this restaurant is just another establishment that forgot pho is a streetfood and that unless you dedicate your entire menu to pho, it's just not good enough. They served us a lemon to go with our soup.
