This restaurant is downrate very quick compare to the last time I visited ( 6 years ago ).
The pho here is not taste like pho no more. service is still OK , clean and quick service.
Hope they will do some improvement otherwise they can't compete with other pho close by.

Holy cow what a find. I have experimented at various pho joints around LV when visiting in recent years, and continued when I visited Pho Vietnam for dinner on a weeknight 3/13. A friend and I just randomly drove around on Spring Mountain Rd and pretty much blindly picked this one, which is located in the Ranch 99 store shopping mall/strip center. It is upstairs. There are lots of various asian restaurants and banh mi joints as well as an asian market in this center and it's a pretty neat little spot to check out.

Anyway, the place is kind of weird in that it is part of the Capital Seafood restaurant, so when you go inside, they give you a Chinese and a separate Vietnamese menu. The storefront signs say Pho Vietnam and Capital Seafood next door, although they are connected, so you basically get two restaurants in one. It doesn't really seem like a pho joint when you walk in. This had me wondering if their Vietnamese food was any good or not. They have a monster food selection, so if your friends can't handle Vietnamese food, they can grab some Chinese. They also serve you complimentary hot tea, which of course is not the norm for VN restaurants.

I ordered cha gio and tai chin nam pho. The egg rolls were small but of good texture & tasty and the pho was one of the best bowls I have ever had. Veggies were pretty fresh and plentiful, noodles perfect, and the meat dang near melted in my mouth. Everything was near perfect, and I was in pho heaven. I don't know if this was a fluke deal or this place is that good, but I'll be back. I have been eating pho for nearly 3 decades, and this was top 10% for sure.

My friend had the com rice/pork plate, which of course is pretty simple. His portion was much bigger than most restaurants, and the pork was tasty for whatever its worth. Not the best but a big portion and tasty.

The service was mediocre to average at best, and I had to ask one of the waiters to get me a water refill.

I saw a waitress walk by with a couple bowls of bun, and it looked really good.

Prices are moderate. I ordered a banh mi combo sandwich to go and ate it the next morning. It was much larger than most (hence the 6 dollar price), but even hours later cold it was friggin delicious for breakfast.

If out and about, give this place a shot. For whatever it's worth, I absolutely loved it.
