Although I just discovered this website and there are many restaurants on here that I've never even heard of, I am an adventurous Pho seeker and have eaten at many different Pho restaurants that did not have the word "Brothers" in the name. So far, this 88 joint is on a whole higher plane of existence than any place I've tried before. It was so transcendentally delicious that I would even be willing to drive the half-hour to get there without any other reason to be in south Seattle. The broth was close-your-eyes savory, the meat was stunningly tender and yummy, and the noodles were at least as good as any other noodles I've had. If there is a better bowl of Pho to be found, I sure look forward to finding it!
