Best vegetarian pho in Seattle. I have been all over Seattle, and have eaten at darned near every pho place there is. I like my moo, but I love my vegetarian pho, too. Pho of Aurora has the best vegetarian pho, hands down. Such a rich broth, and unfailingly so. I have yet (after 3 years of going there) to be disappointed by their veggie broth. Pho is all about the broth. Without it, it's just rice noodles. And these guys rock it like it's hot.

This was a good eat on a rainy day. The restaurant was bare and service was good. The broth was ok, the fragrance was not as good as some I've had.
