Best I've found in the San Jose area since the old Pho Tau Bay on Santa Clara St. closed a couple years ago.
Nori
Open until midnight. I come here often for a late night meal. The broth has a little more fish sauce then other Pho places. I usually order the #1 house special, sometimes the meat quality is a bit too fatty/tendon for my taste. Overall a good cheap place for a late night meal.
