I used to get "pho to go" here once a week when I lived in La Crosse. I absolutely loved it - it was as close to St. Paul, MN, pho as I could find. They use thin pho noodles, which are my favorite - and the tenderloin slices were done perfectly.

Nice little restaurant, but they do not make the broth from scratch. It is from a jar of bullion paste. Everything else in the Pho is fine. They do make Tom Yum Kong from scratch which is fantastic.
