Pho Hoa in Tamarac is part of a large international chain of restaurants. This review is for the Tamarac location only. Probably the best pho in South Florida, but that is faint praise given the generally poor quality and availability of pho in the three-county region. It's about $10 for a large bowl; a couple dollars more than I'm used to paying for an equivalent size of much better pho.
Broth: Clear, aromatic, flavorful broth with a nice mouth feel and balance. Not outstanding but quite good.
Noodles: Good texture and chewiness.
Meat: They could do a lot better. It is sliced bit too thick, not tender, and not flavorful.
Vegetables: OK variety, but not quite as fresh and plentiful as I'd like.
