Undoubtedly one of my Bay Area favorites. Pho Quynh has some of the best broth I've had and their vegetables were fresh. They serve the elusive "saw herb" not found in most pho eateries.

Consistency isn't perfect, but having lived and worked nearby, I've eaten at all hours of the day, all days of the week. For their size and menu, I'm surprised they've held up so well.
This place sets the standard by which I measure all other places. I agree with the first reviewer that the noodles and meat could be better. The broth isn't always 5-star, either, but it's never flat (or worse, adulterated with too much salt or MSG, at least as far as I can tell).

Their consistency is perfect, at least the dozens of times I ate there during the two and half years I lived in the area. The grilled pork springrolls were simply awesome and the pho was always tasty; the quantities of noodles, meat, and vegetables were always very generous and the proprietor was very friendly and nice. If you're ever in the area be sure to stop by and tell them Carl sent you.
