A long time fan of pho I just recently discovered Kim Long of Layton. I have driven from SLC to have her The Learner 5 times in the last 2 weeks since my discovery. Her meat is so tender and juicy, the broth so smooth and mouthwatering it's an experience. She always gives plenty of fresh vegetables. Kim Long provides best pho in Utah.
