Many Asian people told me to try this place. I did and I would not go back. Not the cleanest place I have ever been in (Cleaner Than LaPizza, but what isn't?) I still love the Ha Dao and go there wuite often. The owner (Tong) is great the prices are right and the food is wonderful.

The pho (seafood is my favorite) is excellent. Clear, fragrant broth with generous amounts of meat. Nice, fresh plate of the standard accoutrements. Spring rolls egg rolls are good. Very friendly service.

05/05/09 - I tried this place out, as a few friends had said they enjoyed the Pho here. While it was not bad, it was not up to par with some of the other places in the area. Pho Ha Dao still holds the belt, in my opinion.
Broth was pretty murky and had an "off" flavor to it. Couldn't put my finger on it, but something was not right.
The meat, on the other hand, was plentiful and of a nice cut.
Veggies were sparse, but served the purpose.
Noodles were good, firm and non-clumpy.
Overall, this was not a bad bowl of Pho, just not the best and not my favorite. As for cleanliness, the restaurant seemed nice and clean to me with a friendly server. No issues there. Maybe it was just not my taste, not sure. The menu was rather extensive so I may try another dish out sometime.
