This place has really good broth, but I'm afraid that the other elements bring the overall quality down. The noodles are thicker than usual, almost like pad thai noodles. The beef is scarce and fatty - I only got one small piece of the advertised 'meatball' in my soup. One the upside, this is the only place I've seen where you can get the authentic thinly-sliced sirloin, but it's 2 dollars extra. The veggie selection is very nice; mint leaves are served along with bean sprouts, lime, and jalapenos.
Overall, it doesn't seem like Pho is the specialty or main focus here. Most people I saw were eating at the restaurant's lunch buffet.
