Great broth! Not greedy with meat and vegetables. Best pho in town! If I can move this restaurant to the Twin Cities I would.

I love Asia's Finest Pho! I was turned on to Pho by a friend of mine who is of mixed Vietnamese and American ancestry. He said that I had to try the Pho because it was the closest thing to his grandmother's that he had ever had. I had never had Pho before and was a little skeptical of how great it could be -- after all its just beef and noodle soup right? -- but boy was I wrong. My fiancee and I are now Pho addicts! The Pho is not only delicious and very filling... but it is also fairly inexpensive. For about $8 you get a fresh, piping hot bowl of Pho that is big enough to swim in. Plus, you get a nice hearty plate of fresh condiments (bean sprouts, thai basil, cilantro, limes, and jalapeno slices). Bottles of siracha (very spicy chili sauce) and hoisin sauce (very sweet and complex sauce that reminds me of a Chinese bbq) are also provided with the meal.

Also, if you are in a rush and cannot stop to dine in, Asia's Finest offers Pho to Go! Just call in your order and pick it up. The ingredients come neatly packaged in a box and the broth comes in a large plastic container. Simply take the stuff home, spread your ingredients (noodles, veggies, and meat) into a large bowl, heat the broth until it is very hot, pour it in the bowl and enjoy! (Trust me, its easier than it sounds. I have ordered Pho to Go several times as a home remedy when I am sick. If I can prepare it with a 102 fever... you can do it no problem!)

So, if you want great pho for little dough, try Asia's Finest!

PS Don't be fooled by those other Pho places. One night when Asia's Finest was closed and I was needing a Pho fix, I stopped by an East Lansing restaurant that offers Pho. Trust me, I will never make that mistake again. Not only was the Pho far more expensive at the East Lansing restaurant, but it was not nearly as good. Stick to Asia's Finest.
