I ate Pho a lot but most of them were very similar and the ingredients in the Pho was kinda poor. Then I came to this new joint to see how Pho was. First of all, I'd like to tell you that Pho here was better than most. The soup is very very very good because I can tell when they use real bone to cook and extract the soup instead of adding artificial stuff into the water. Trust me if you eat Pho before, you will know the difference. A lot of places I went to, after I ate, I felt my heart beating for a couple hours and I think that was because some weird ingredients they added to the soup and not the real cow bones were supposed to be used. At home Pho is cooked best because the soup was from cow bones. This joint used the real stuff as far as I know and when I had it it, my heart seems normal.
Besides Pho, they also have a Karaoke room. There are only 2 rooms so you better make a reservation or you can't get a room on the weekends. They will be opening on Dec. 7th. I've checked out the rooms. They showed me how the systems function. They were amazing. Nice and large LCD TV, comfortable sofa, sound systems is sweet and the best thing about this karaoke place is that they used computer. All the songs have DVD quality sound and picture. They system used 6 digits input for song. So you use the keyboard to key in your song numbers. The song book is in alphabetical order so it is easy to find songs. The songs are loaded with DVD video and sound. On the TV screen, you will see up to 6 songs lining across at the bottom of the screen so you know what songs are coming up. This is a very sweet feature. I couldn't find any place like this at all. Most places have blue background and text and that's very very very boring, don't you think?
Well, when they open this place on Dec 7. I'll bring a lot of friends to check them out again.
Finally, Pho is one of the best soup in town. Taste it and you will come back for more.
Service is above average as you expected similar to other places. I gave 5 stars because Pho soup is much better than any other places in tried on Bufford Hwy. Karaoke room is the best I've checked.
