Now under new management and a different name, this place serves pretty good pho if you can get over the bickering staff and occasional critters trekking across the floors and walls. Order take-out and eat the tasty pho in a cleaner setting of your choice. I worked nearby so we ordered from this place at least once a month.

I always stop in here several times during my residence in Hawaii and now during my visits. I ask for extra basil and they brought me a small "tree". My kinda place. Cost is VERY reasonable.
