This place opened last summer and is in a very quiet shopping center. I can honestly say it is one of the best bowls of pho I've had in Baltimore (I have tried Mekong Delta, Pho Nam and Pho Dat Thanh) at a decent price (~$5.50 small, $6.50 large). It's even good ordered as take-out!
