05/21/09 - Not sure how this place has been left off the list so long, but they have very good Pho here. The broth is excellent, and the veggies are great, but the meat has been so-so a few times. Still, they have an extensive menu with a few things that others do not have and a few very authentic ingredients in other dishes that do not appear at other restaurants. Good stuff, give it a try.

I would have to say the Lucky dragon has the best Pho in Des Moines. The broth is always delicious and the vegetables are always fresh.
