This place has the best pho throughout San Diego County. They give plenty of meat and noodles. Their broth is made from scratch, no msg. They also have awesome and delicious bbq grill chicken, porc and beef for their rice and vermicelli.

My husband and I found this place right before an appointment at Kaiser. This is in the shopping center across from Kaiser. This place is a bit more upscale than the average pho restaurant. It is nicely decorated and furnished, contemporary, yet still displays Vietnamese tradition. Accordingly though, the prices are a bit higher than average.
The pho was good, good size portion, thought the bowl was a bit small. The veggies were clean and fresh, though was missing the ngo gai. I'm very picky about spring rolls, and theirs were great! They actually used whole shrimp (not split in half) and a good amount of pork. Not like other places that fill the roll with noodles and lettuce. Service was fast and staff was nice. Thumbs up!
