Food is okay nothing to rave about. But their service extremely sucks. Very rude. They don't pay attention to giving you refills you have to ask more than once for them to finally give it to you. I went there about 5 times never had good customer service.

I think other restaurants are posting on here. I am a regular customer, and Saigon Bistro is easily one of the better Vietnamese places in town. You can tell because most of the clientèle are Vietnamese! Love this place.

I like Saigon Bistro. Been here many times never had bad service. There are alot of pho shops in this area and I choose this one over others.

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. Great service and great food excellent waiters and waitress - they are very friendly and will keep you company and talk to you 5 stars!

You people are crazy! Saigon Bistro is easily our fave Vietnamese spot in Wichita. Fresh ingredients and delicious sauces - I only wish we'd found it sooner.

I went there 5 times, and I thought the owner at the counter was mute, or he's being stuck up. never say a word to me when I pay. went there again earlier today, this time his son or relative work at the cashier, same thing happen, only thing he said was "$23.41". talk about being polite.
