Pho 95 in Rockville not only serve Pho but also lots of other dishes including rice based ones.
The Rice in Clay Pot is excellent also.

This is the best soup I have ever had anywhere. I have tried many restaurants and they make the best pho.

I love this place. The best broth and the Vietnamese rolls are awesome. I think they are the best in the area.

It's the best in Montgomery County, also the best fried egg rolls of all Pho's. I've been at least once a week for over a year and the food is consistently great.

BOOM! My #1 Pho Restaurant in all of the DC Metro area... I have been going here for years and have rated over 100 Pho restaurants and this is in Top 3! The Tofu/Veggie Pho is #1 here. Love this spot.

the broth was bland and salty, the meat was extremely tough, I left not satisfied =(
