We went there after they opened and when their name was An Ngon. It's a family restaurant. Service was SLOW! 20 minutes for pho and 10 more for bun thit nuong. New name but same bad service.

Pho not main dish here. little meat and portion size.. but very tasty broth. It is a bistro so small serving is implied. lacking hoisin sauce and sriracha on tables. service was excellent and they went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. over all decent experience and very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom was exceptionally clean with soap and towels handy. left nice tip for service. more up scale and well kept than most pho places.

Jade Bistro is a clean restaurant with good food in general. The Pho here was good but not the best that I've had. They make up for it for having other very good items on their menu. I would go back and I would recommend this restaurant to others.
