i always like to have a nice tall glass of coconut juice drink with coconut meat... the amount of coconut meat was okay, but it was a short glass.. not the same effect.
also, i was trying to pay the bill and the manager was loud talking with some people on the next table over... so i couldn't get anyone's attention for a while.
they don't take credit/debit card.

this was the worst restaurant i've ever went to. i had to wait thirty min. for my order and all i ordered was a smoothe, the waiter who took my order kept on asking me to repeat my order because all he seemed to know was hello and 'what would you want to order' in a horrible asian accent. when i finally got my smoothie, it tasted like shit and i was a unsatisfied customer and i felt the waiter, and waitress and manager all staring at me as i drank just because i was the only african american person in that crappy asian restaurant. if you had read this comment, i advise you not to come to this restaurant.

For me, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in New York, bar none!
My family has been coming here for the wonderfully ambrosial Pho for nearly 20 years and find it is best to come with a large party of 5-12 people. In addition to the delicious offerings of Pho, not to be missed are: The Salt and Pepper Shrimp (a classic Vietnamese dish one doesn't find in all Viet restaurants, the enormous Oysters (a choice of 4 or 6 with black bean sauce - make sure to have white rice for the sauce), grilled pork chops, Chinese vegetable with salted fish, Tofu, Sate Beef. Try this place, don't by put off by the spare furnishings -- you're in for a treat. (note: they close Wednesdays)
