We love the noodle soups, chicken pho is my favorite. The garnishes are very fresh, the thai basil is the best. The service has always been very fast. We love that the wait staff doesn't interrupt every 5 minutes, but they are always watching in case you need something. I love this place!!!!

My wife and I have been to several different pho restaurants in Philadelphia and New Jersey, as well as Pho Nhu Vu in Bear. We've also been to Pho Cali around three or four times. Overall Pho Cali is average. The broth doesn't have any flavor and tastes like they just served water. The meat is on the tough side, and one time the bean sprouts looked like they had seen better days. Pho Nhu Vu is much better.

The broth is dark, smells funny (not like typical Vietnamese beef pho broth). Not a good place for Pho.
