Pho Hut is a great local vietnamese place that has very good pho! The interior is very clean, as are the bathrooms for the most part.
Service: Everytime I go into Pho Hut I see the same familiar friendly faces. The staff is very helpful, and very quick getting orders out. There have been times I have been in there and the place was packed, but the flow seemed to be flawless!
Price: There is a $10min charge if you use a credit or debit card, so remember that, otherwise its cash only. The large pho is $6.95 and the small is $6.25. The large size is more like other places small or medium sizes, but still satisfying. There are no medium sizes.
Broth: The broth is very good. Its not as salty as some Pho restaurants make their broth.
Selection: Pho Hut has other menu items other than Pho. They have Banh Mi, and some rice dishes as well. Their spring rolls are very good and always taste very fresh. They do have a very large list for bubble tea as well. No alcohol choices. Pho Hut does have a childs menu for the younger pho lovers to get their fill! Its $4.95 and includes pho and a soft drink. The amount of basil, sprouts, lime and jalapenos is alittle less than a lot of other pho restaurants provide.
Location: In Fairwood in the Fairwood Plaza shopping area next to Safeway.
Score: I would give this great local, non chain restaurant a 7/10. Good pho and good service. I definately enjoy going for a quick stop Pho fix! Thank you Pho Hut!!!

I enjoyed the Pho so much, the broth was a dream to slurp and the noodles were a work of art. The meat was tender, perfectly portioned and tender. The only complaint I have is there weren't enough bean sprouts given for the bowls my fiance and I ordered. Other than that stellar Pho, great service, friendly owner and clean.

You know how some Pho restaurants are so clean? This one was like eating out of my own kitchen. It was insanely clean! I love that and I love this restaurant.

To be honest, I cannot rate anything other than my overall experience, and that was really bad. As a person with a disability, I have a legal service dog, but as soon as I set foot in Pho Hut, the owner immediately told me I could not come in due to my dog. Being culturally aware, I realized that he might not know that in America, service dogs are protected under Federal Law,I tried to show him documentation (which I always carry)about the regulations and Laws set forth by the ADA and the Federal Government, but he showed no interest in reading it at all,he simply waved it away. During the whole procedure, he was loud enough for everyone to hear, but finally realizing he might be wrong, and sued for discrimination, he tried to put it on his customers. Shame on you!! It's not me he said, it's my customers. Then he resented and said I could order, by this time I felt so exposed and embarrassed, I walked away. I will never go back again!
