This is my all time favorite pho place. I have been to several in different areas, but the hospitality of the owners is second to none. They are the sweetest most gracious people. They put so much effort into their business; it is well kept, very clean, with very nice interior decor with really awesome paint jobs (a guy from a company who painted in the white house did a fantastic job painting marble and brick patterns in the restaurant).
The pho is amazing. The only reason they got a 4 for vegetables was because another pho place we went to has an extra bit of ‘greenery’, culantro (not cilantro) that Pho Huy does not have. However, the broth is absolutely the best, all the vegetables are fresh, the meat is good quality and they give you a lot, the noodles are awesome and never clumpy. As with any true pho restaurant they’ve got full bottles the Siracha’s sauce and hoisen sauce. Their appetizers are also really good; my personal favorite is the crispy rolls .
All in all, this restaurant is a must for pho lovers.
