Pretty good pho. Some have claimed the broth is instant, but I doubt it. The meat is the biggest drawback. The beef is fatty. The seafood and vegetarian pho are full of vegetables which end up leeching into the broth and changing the taste for the worse. Overall a good pho restaurant and the best Bend could have hoped for at this time. The Bánh xèo I had was low grade stuff.

We were passing through Bend and to our surprise a pho cafe in Bend! The owner was very friendly and they had a lot to offer. I wish we were staying longer to try out the other items on the menu. The pho was very good, really enjoyed it. Will definitely stop there again for the pho and to try their "beef stew."
