The soup was excellent and the owners were gracious. Having lived in Austin, TX for many years, where there is a pho place on practically every corner, I have become particular about my pho. I am now in Knoxville, TN and the only places to get pho are at T-Ho, the worst Vietnamese food I've ever tasted, and Saigon Grill, which is much better than T-Ho but there are no fresh vegetables and the broth is lacking. I went to Pho Hoa Bien with high hopes and was not disappointed. An excellent dining experience.

Being from Southern California (San Diego and Los Angeles area), I have been accustomed to having had the best Pho in the US. I would consider myself as one of the harshest Pho critics in America and I can provide a very unbias and professional opinion. Pho Hoa Binh Restaurant has a very clean environment. The Pho here is exceptional. The meat is satisfyingly abundant, the vegetables are fresh, the broth is very flavorful and the portions are generous. I would highly recommend this restaurant to fulfill your all your Pho needs.
