It's the best out of all the local Vietnamese restaurants in town. Give it times. It is just 3 months old. They cook with precision measurement. They weigh all their ingredients. Not just using the hands measurement.

There were only 6 people in the restaurant and the service was extremely slow.. Wait time was 20 min for a bowl of Pho. Then they took my credit card next door to pay for the meal. A day later someone was using my credit card numbers to buy stuff locally around.. Coincidence or unproven guess, you decide..
