I took a bullet for youall on this one! Now no one else has to go.
The broth was ORANGE and greasy and had a terrible and not-beefy taste. I picked out and ate the noodles and beef because it was my supper, but I could not consume the broth.
The noodles were clumpy and the beef was chunks of tough flank--a poor choice. On the plate with sprouts and limes was ICEBURG LETTUCE and nothing else.
In addition, the place was dirty. The tablecloths, carpeting, and condiment cups all desperately needed cleaned, and the one wall, though decorated, was unpainted. The staff preferred giggling together at the counter to helping us, and I saw a staff member drop an empty water pitcher on the floor and then scoop it into the ice maker.
