Great noodles, average beef. Brother was too sweet and a little cloudy. Table salad had a couple of unusual items on it--slices of what looked like jalepenos but red and an herb that was like an anisey mint.
The small bowl is smaller than you're used to.
Decor is dated and somewhat dirty.
Service is slow but loving.

This is the tastiest Pho broth and has been mastered here in Milwaukee for 25 yrs. by Diep and Van, the owners that also know how to kick it up a notch w/ an addictive "hot-hot sauce". Try it!
