The pho at the Twisted Fork is non-traditional but I come back every week!! The broth is obviously from scratch and the veggies in it seem to change depending on what the chef has fresh that day. This place definitely rivals any pho I have found in Denver.

So lucky to have this is Gunnison. The broth is amazing. And, the bok choi is a great touch.
