Smaller place off Broadway/Seawall near UT Med College. Might be tight during lunch rush as there's few parking up front. Spartan decor, well lit and clean interior. Traditional VN muzak playing low in the background. Service was reasonably fast and food came out in decent time. There is only one size and it is large ... in serving. Broth is piping hot, clear, full of well balanced flavor. Noodles were fresh and plentiful, cooked a little past al dente so on the softer side instead of chewy. Meat was abundant, meatball was more uniform with no grisly chewey bits, and the tendons were more chunky and gummy bear quality. Veggies were piled high and only absent was coriender. If the restaurant is not at busy time, have a chat with the owner, pretty cool guy who knows his stuffs.
Very reasonable prices considering its a tourist town. Peace out.
