First, the broth. Fragrant, clear, rich, complex. Everyone we've brought here has been blown away. Next, the consistency. We've never had a bad dish. Try the special make-your-own roll plate, or a noodle bowl. It doesn't matter. It's all delicious. The service is generally quick and friendly, though considering the kids of the family that owns the place are often in, the parents may occasionally have their hands full there. And finally, the Pho Ga is made with an incomparable chicken broth, skinless white meat, and has ruined me for anything else when I'm sick. Seriously. Just try it, and see what all the fuss is about.
