1) Pho is served hot on a ceramic bowl (not the cheap plastic ones)..
2) Broth is CLEAR, not murky or dark looking like most places
3) Garnish is fresh when served. How many times you been to a pho place where the garnish (bean sprouts, basil, lime..etc) comes out limpy, unwashed, looks dirty!!?, not this place! Always fresh looking, washed and clean!
4) Taste is balance, not too much noodle to over over power the broth, a hint of beefy taste with a good amount of star anise!!!
5) Service is fast, once you order, it comes out in less than 5-7mins..
6) They make the best Bo Kho noodle soup!!!! ... this will be an upgrade to Pho if you dare to try it!!!
This is why this place makes it to the top of the best Pho in Calgary, probably up there with Pho Dau Bo and Basil... My only complain, this place is way too small, it needs to be bigger!!!
